Well made and economical spine corrector barrel
I just received this spine corrector barrel from Stamina so I can't comment on how it will hold up under normal use but it APPEARS to be extremely well constructed. The frame is very rigid, the materials appear to be of high quality and the upholstery and padding seem to be up to professional standards. I have worked out in Pilates training studios for more than 15 years and this piece of equipment appears to be the equal of the "band name" Pilates equipment for a fraction of the cost.

Joseph understood what the body needs. As a former professional dancer, In the 1960’s, I would train on 57th Street in New York City then walk across the street to recoup at Josephs’ studio to release the damage! I live in the country now and have started to collect simple pieces to help manage my stretches. This piece is perfect.
