Noise reduction is very disappointing. Background noise is so awful when driving in a regular car that the person on the other end of the call can barely understand the driver. Only slightly better than a cheap $10 Bluetooth from the drug store. It was very easy to sink with Samsung Galaxy S8 +. I forget it's in my ear it's so comfortable. The sound quality is excellent. I bought it to replaced my plantronics voyager 5200 that busted. Bi communicating headset do you can listen to music as well. Sound quality is good. I have to have this to use both hands on a computer many times so I am happy with performance. I’ve had probably 7 different headsets set and I dig this one because less moving parts to break. Fits snug in my ear. Great phone protection, and great peace of mind for extra power backup for those special needs.
Works great, protects my phone. Sometimes it's hard to determine if the case is getting charged or my phone, but in general, both do. I did have one day where my phone didn't charge at all. But I think it's because my charge location also had my Gear 2 watch plugged in, so not enough power was getting to the case / phone to properly charge it. So I can't use that same 'dual' connector, I need to split them out.
