Everything was great with this iron, today I used it for half an hour and never turned on again. Always kept it clean, in the original box, like if it was new, used it once a week. I had another iron that bought in 2012 or 2013 and still my daughter use it, works perfect. This one didn't last too long and as you can see I kept it nice like brand new
