Pros: Inexpensive, good-sounding headphones that are lightweight and comfortable. Cons: Short, flimsy connecting cables (left and right cables are split, rather than combined). Depends what your using it for
For the price these headphones are excellent, but if you are using them on a mp3 player you'll be disappointed. These headphones need something with a good DAC and plenty of power. When I use these with my mp3 player they sound very average but when I use them on my home stereo they sound great. So it really depends on what your playing them on if these are right headphones for you. Work okay for now, but environmentally irresponsible
The headphones do sound good and are comfortable, but I had the feeling that the manufacturer really went out of their way to construct something that will need to be replaced VERY soon...The wires are SO thin; and the while thing is pretty flimsy...When you put out your hard-earned money you want something that'll last a little, right? Very good value and Fine sound.Sony aint no baloney.
Good sound and efficient. Works with my S8+ Galaxy and my Sony HiMd minidisc players and I don't hsve to resort to my headphone amp like I do with my Grado 80s. No the sound isn't as good ad Grados but its still good. The bass is more pronounced in the Sony so if your a bass head you'll like the Sony. These phones were a great value and are durable. My wife kills headphones se ruibed a pair of grados and Sennheisers. So far the Sony MDR has defied her ministrations.
