Quirky but inexpensive.
I buy a new or refurbed SAMSUNG LASER PRINTER every few years. It's far more cost effective than repairing them when they act up. The first one SAMSUNG EXPRESS that I received had to be returned because it was creasing paper. The replacement unit works great. Using a monochrome laser printer is also more cost effective than using ink jets for quick printouts when color isn't needed. I also don't plan on using the SAMSUNG EXPRESS for printing photos. Buy it as long as the seller gives free shipping. There's no better deal if you can bag one of these, new or refurbished for around $50, It is what it is, an inexpensive printer totally made out of plastic which will probably be good for a year or two.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good printer but the paper tray is annoying!
Everything about this printer is great except for the paper tray. You have to manually pull the tab out in the back every time you load paper. At first I thought that the paper tray wasn't long enough until i pulled the whole tray out and noticed that the clip could be manually adjusted. This is a major flaw in design, but it's not a deal breaker for me. It prints fast and it took no time for me to set it up on the wifi through the installation disk. I can also print with my Samsung phone which is a plus. Overall, a good printer once you get over the paper tray flaw.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Should have purchased sooner
I put off buying a new printer because I haven't bought one in several years. In other words I was lost but didn't feel like spending hours researching tech articles. This printer came on a deal, and supposedly would work effortlessly with my Samsung tablet. It sure does. Two clicks later, I'm printing wirelessly from my tablet without bumbling around with manuals or cords or ethernet switches or logging into my router and assigning addresses. Great compact mono printer with a solid brand name.
The intended use for this printer is to simply print text. I do not intend to print graphics. And, for multiple pages it does a stellar job. Very clean and fast. Set up is very easy. excellent printer
In order to set up the printer for wifi, I had to use a USB cable. Once the software was set up, I removed the cable and used my printer in wireless mode. Great printer for the price
The printer arrived as requested, looking prestine. Just one thing, the firmware was a bit outdated, but searching on the Samsung website, was simple to update. One thing to consider if you have a router TPLINK Archer C9, you might face some problems connecting to this device. Let me tell you the problem is not the printer, there is a problem on the TPLINK router. Did lots of research on this, and finally got them both to work. Easy to set up
The product was very easy to set up. Setting up traditionally through the Control Panel, or through the WPS password, both were very easy to do. There is an Eco button just in case one is not going to use it for a while, and the instructions of usage are quickly and easily available online, just enter the model number in the search engine and it pops up. This product does not come with an ink cartridge, however, once installed everything else is a breeze. Printing is quick, crisp, and clear. Amazing Little Printer!
After years of high dollar, huge printers with even more expensive ink, we decided to try a mono laser printer for the items we print the most of. Now, we don't have to worry about running out of color cartridges just because the printer uses the color ink to clean the jet, and it won't make b/w copies without the color ink. This printer is small, does great copies and is just what we need. We still have the massive ones, but only use them to scan or color photos. It is also quick and quiet.
