Great Little Earphones - With One Caveat
These are awesome sounding little earphones. As the successor to the MX470, they up the ante by providing a little more bass. Of course, as with any in-ear devices, you have to have a good seal in order to get decent bass performance. And herein lies the only problem - if you have relatively small ear canals, as I do, it's tough to get a good seal with these earphones. They are definitely a little bigger than the aforementioned MX470s, which I have enjoyed for a number of years (these were purchased as a backup pair). The wire lengths between each individual earphone and the "Y" where they conjoin to the single cable are equal, which I strongly prefer instead of having one of those funky looking cables where one side is longer than the other. The product comes with a small pseudo-leather carrying bag, but no 3.5 mm to 1/4" adapter. If you need one of these, you'll have to buy it separately. Also, note that the 3.5 mm plug is a right angle type. Sennheiser should make these available from U.S. distributors! Highly recommended!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
