Amazing value for money
The materials and construction of this desk is of a very high quality considering the price point. It was very easy to setup; only issue was that it was rather heavy (more of a pro than a con). This weight means it's very stable when being used and there is minimal shaking. Going up and down is very simple and the gas lifts work well to assist on the movements. The fact that it moves only vertically, without any horizontal movement means that it also saves me some room when I'm working in my small study. The only minor gripe I have is that I wished the keyboard tray would slide in; instead, I have to remove it when I need to write on the desk as it gets in the way. The size is also perfect for a dual-monitor setup, while also giving you plenty of real estate to work with. it works fine
I've previously used the most expensive ($600) original version of this design of stand up desk and this is nearly as good in terms of design - only the inability to raise or lower the keyboard height is the disadvantage. Its 50cm height is the highest u can get in these desks (the expensive brand was even shorter and I had to stand with my feet wide apart) - for me at 5' 10 I still have to put a book under the monitor stand to get it eye level. You do have to lift it a bit to get it up tho - not for those with a bad shoulder or back. 90cm wide is too narrow for 2 x 24" monitors tho. Officeworks now have a model about same price and 120cm wide - check it out first.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
