The Pentax XW7 is a great quality eyepiece. Particularly recommended if you can get one at a discount.
The Pentax XW7 eyepiece is a beautifully manufactured piece with really sharp optics and great build quality. I use it with my Pentax PF80ED-A spotting scope. The image is duller than with the XW14, but that is expected with an eyepiece of this focal length. Images of the moon are fantastic and the additional power is good for terrestrial viewing too. My only gripe is a minor one - I think the design of the cap for the ocular is not great. It could come off easily.
