Needs redesign
The product has some design faults. 1. Getting the container onto the motorised body is difficult and fiddley to position and lock in . No easy task for someone who is challenged with not good strenght. No instructions or detailed instructions how to best undertake this process. May have to look at there BPR.[Business Process Re enginnering] We had to send product back within time frame due to fault in body casing. A section broke off at 1 of the lug points to hold to top container in place and also to seal the connection for it to operate. The company KGElectronics was very good in supplying a replacement unit after returning it which I was happy to do at my cost. Just think the product needs to be redesigned around these connection locations as to me it is definately a weakness . For the few times we did use it and it was never overloaded we found the unit quite good. As with all bad or suggestive improvement reviews nothing really changes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
