With the addition of inexpensive cartridge specific Quick Trim Die body, you will be able to quickly and precisely trim your brass to the correct length with press-mounted convenience. The Deluxe Quick Trim Case Trimmer quickly and precisely trims your brass to the correct length and simultaneously chamfers the inside and outside of the case mouth. The powered version makes this simple process even quicker! The hex shank snaps in to cordless screwdriver or drill (sold separately). No calipers, measurement or adjustment required. Simply install the appropriate quick trim die in your press and start trimming. A click adjustable stop allows trim length adjustment in .001 of an inch increments. Allows the user to shorten case to a uniform shorter length than standard, reducing trimmin.

Lee power quick trim deluxe
The trimmer worked well straight out of the box, for about four or five cases until the brass shavings started to jam up the chamfer blades. I found this quite annoying as it destroyed a few cases. There are three chamfer blades. An inside chamfer blade, and two different size outside blades. By removing one of the outside chamfer blades (easy to do) there is no more jamming.
