Can you save the world? You have 12 months
Pandemic is a co-op game that takes you through a world of spreading diseases. Can you stop them? What actions will you consider? Actions will have consequences. Actions taken in early game play will impact later game play. it safe to assume that if your group isn’t thrilled about these co-op "each person has a role" games that Pandemic Legacy probably won’t be for you. But if you have a solid group to play with, this is an interesting game. A bit like the game Risk. Because of the way the game is designed, it has a low "replay-ability". You place stickers on the board for some results and actually tear up some cards after using them. Each session is a month in the game and you have about 2 chances a month to win that month. Win or lose, the results impact the game later. My 4 stars reflect that it is a good game but really can't be replayed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great game!
This game is so much fun! You need the same group of people to play, and it helps if at least one of you knows what you're doing at the beginning. The only downside is that once you start playing, you can't go back and undo all of what you've done, so if you want to play with more than one set of friends, you have to have two of the game. Pandemic is great in its own right, but Legacy takes it to another level. I like that me and a few committed friends are going through this and anxiously awaiting for the twists as we go through each session. It feels like a very unique experience because of the lingering effects on the board and characters. It’s a lot like watching a tv series with friends. Takes Pandemic to Another Level
When we bought the game we really weren't sure how much we would enjoy it. The thought of being able to only play the game once was problematic for us, especially for the price we paid. We couldn't have been more mistaken. This game is a blast! Opening secret dossiers, having the rules changed out from under you, getting new objectives and having to change strategies in the middle of the game makes this game sooooo much fun!! We couldn't recommend this game more. If you enjoyed Pandemic and/or any of the expansions then you really should give this game a shot.
