Pretty nice for what I am using it for
I have gotten this before a month back but ran out. I am using it to put on the front of kitchen cabinet doors. Works well there. When wet it can rip. But after it dried out, I had no problems. If you are going to put it in a high traffic area it might get damaged. Bumps and bruises type of thing. Got here quickly

Great quality. Careful handling when wet because it will tear easy. Drys up real nice. I had extra paste on hand for the seams but did not need it.
