Best Kit all round, great does more than you would expect from its compact design.
The setup is easy. Still worked under clouds. Charged a flat car battery in an few hours. The USB ports are a great feature, work well. Unfortunately it made with cheap parts. Most good quality solar panels are made with copper wiring where as this one is not. The panel itself and the glass seems good but all the fixtures are cheap, wiring, arm stands, converter etc. However, so far it has been doing its job and charging our battery to run our 75l dual fridge freezer. My only concern is its durability and how long it will last. Also it come with alligator clips instead of an Anderson plug. You def want anderson plugs, luckily we have another lead we attached that has an anderson plug. It does say this in the description but I overlooked this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worked a treat in a time of need...
First time trying solar panels as have been relying on a dual battery set up and driving or running the engine each day to maintain battery charge. Was out prospecting well past Meekatharra and developed an electrical problem that was draining batteries at a good rate.It was such a good problem that you could watch the battery voltage indicator in the GQ slowly fall as you drove with the headlights on. So I broke out the panel and used it to maintain the fridge and enough juice to start when required during daylight hours (or it was the emergency battery pack). Same size, twice the power.
This unit replaces a four year old 120w kit that I use with my camper trailer. Works the same, real test will be when I hook up the 2 way fridge. Despite being twice the power its the same size as the old one. Only criticism is the lead is 5m long compared to my old unit which had an 8m cable, and it only comes with alligator clips instead of an anderson plug.
