Short life
Initially thought it was great, very high pressure worked when needed. Then it stopped, turns out it is an oversized worm type pump impersonating a wobble plate design. The flexible coupling connecting the motor to the worm broke. This rubber item that holds it all together is not up to the task, I can't see anyone getting a long life from this unit. For what it is the motor requires more torque and less rev's to even come close to being alright.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ONE WITHOUT CONFIRMING THAT YOU ARE TRULY GETTING A STAGED PUMP. THIS IS NOT A STAGED PUMP.
This is not a 5 stage pump.... it has no stages at all.... it is a progressive cavity pump. How do I know? well, after I plumbed it in and primed it, I ran it for less than 5 minutes by building up pressure until the cut-out switch cut in. Then turned on tap to release pressure until pump cuts back in......did this 3 times to check operation of pump and then it broke. Opened up pump to discover that it was in fact not a 5 stage pump but rather it was a progressive cavity pump, with a stator and a rotor, with the rubber mount that holds the rotor having seperated/broke away from the rotor. Whilst it was running, it had great pressure.... that is the only good thing about it.... WARNING: DO NOT BUY ONE WITHOUT CONFIRMING THAT YOU ARE TRULY GETTING A STAGED PUMP. not worth the money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replaced Davey pump
this unit produces more than double the pressure and flow rate. It also has an adjustment as to what pressure is maintained in system when pump is not running really helping tap washes and less stress on your old water system.. Good quality pump
As described, good quality pump. Excellent price compared to similar specs. Thought i had been duped because there were 2 packages, and the head unit arrived first. But then the body arrived and it all made sense. Heavy unit, great pressure. Quiet operation as well. Assembly is straight forward. Doesn’t have all the adapters you might need. Great value and very reliable
This is the second time I have bought this pump/controller. The first lasted over 10 years before failing. I use it to boost the pressure from town mains water and installed it with a pressure tank to stop water hammer. These pumps are easy to install and require no maintenance. They are great value for the price so I highly recommend them.

Pump for irragation supply.

Accurate, powerful and relatively inexpensive.
Excellent pump once the connections are sorted, unfortunately the accompanying instructions were not overly clear, it would have helped if the pump had directional arrows (water flow) or some sort of markings to assist in the connections of the controller and the (my) system.
