not useful and overpriced
The product has little utility. It is very difficult to use alone, i.e., to self-administer. Its tip is quite bulky and can easily irritate the ear canal. I also find it overpriced as it is only a syringe with a piece of plastic on top. I really regret buying it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I think this is the safest product for at home use to clean ear canals. Contains instructions. Has 3 holes for water to gently exit tip so its not one harsh spray- if that makes sense (photos included). Blue tip is a very soft rubber and simply screws on. Comes apart easily for cleaning. Made in USA. 😊

Just doesn’t work
I’m not sure what I was expecting but this is just a regular syringe dressed up to make it appear more special than it is. The attachment on the end is hard plastic so does nothing to get a good seal in the ear.
