Very good sound for 2.0 USB speakers in this price range.
I am quite satisfied; but, I miss my old Creative SBS380 2.1 speaker setup. The small weak subwoofer added that extra oomf that I miss. If I could change them, I would make the speaker to speaker wire 2 feet longer. I would also prefer wires too connect externally so I could use my own if I chose to. Speaker to speaker wire is internally connected and is approximately 44 inches long. Power and sound source (same USB cable) in also internally connect to one speaker and is approximately 5 feet long. The USB connector is USB type A with white bar (USB type 1.x or 2) [Not mini or type C USB connector].

BEWARE!! These are 12 Watts PEAK for the pair... so, RMS watts are 6 ... meaning, 3 watts RMS each speaker. They are NOT so good if you use your PC to watch TV shows and movies on Amz Prime or Youtube and want "movie theatre" sound. The volume is not so loud for this, I have found. You need to spend more money if you want BIG sound. HOWEVER, I found a VERY GOOD use for these by hooking them up with a CD player. THEY SOUND GREAT for this use. I do not have a smart phone, but, I am guessing that they would also be great for playing tunes with smart devices or small devices. OVERALL, very good speakers for the price. Just be aware of the limitations of any product you purchase. I will NOT be returning these. They are indeed a GOOD VALUE.
