Great Price for a Xeon Server Motherboard.
This motherboard is great for Xeon cpus. The Boot is slow(boot process take some minutes, 4 stars). The only issue I had is regarding the Cooler socket. Its a "Narrow ILM LGA 2011" socket and 99.9% of commercial coolers and water cooler fits only "Square ILM LGA 2011", so I had to search for very specific cpu coolers (3 stars).

Works great. I did have to update the IP...
Works great. I did have to update the IPMI firmware and BIOS but that was easy to do. Memory slot C1 doesn't appear to work but that could be an issue with the CPU. It's not a big deal if slot C1 doesn't work.
