Great product, if you can get it without paying recommended retail, it's a good buy.
Pros - Great sound and great features. Cons - if you reach for the dial to turn down the volume, while driving, it is extremely easy to go into the menu system from the dial. Therefore your volume stays loud and your stuck in the menu and can't easily turn the volume down.

BT doesn’t work
BT phone connection is terrible. On calls the external mike works but the caller doesn’t come through the car speakers. Adjusted phone volume, head unit settings without success. Google search reveals common problem. Should have done my homework!
