    Time After Time DVD

    This movie is truly the best movie for time machine watchers. Even though there is a little violence involving Jack the Ripper character, the good guy wins as H.G Wells at the end. For new watchers, watch this movie and you'll like it. Do not be afraid of murder in this movie, the ending is excellent for the good guys in this country, watch and see for yourself. I only wished the actor who played H.G Wells would have made a sequel back then going after another Jack the Ripper fellow, and vaporized him too at the end also.

    time marches on

    I had seen this when it first came out and not since. Very entertaining and it holds up pretty well over time,(pun intended). Some of the special effect are a bit dated but I still enjoyed it.

    A delightful respose to "action films"...

    This film heralds back to the days when Sci-Fi meant stirring the imagination, and dealing with questionable issues without a laser cannon settling the argument. The film not only pays tribute to the book, but breathes new life into the author - as the main character is H. G. Wells - who activates the Time Machine in order to chase Jack the Ripper through time. A side note - the film was deliberately filmed to be as "blood-less" as possible - nice touch - to entertain without needless visual slaughter? The film has humor and a few surprises. Warning: This is a film that might cause your afternoon to end in a good mood!
