Works for our elliptical
I don't know much about grease, but I like that it is white instead of black. It seems to be working well in our elliptical- around the pedal arm bushing that we replaced. It's only been a couple of weeks though. It comes out of the tube easy, but there is no attachment to make it a thin bead so when we wanted to add some to the other bushing, it was hard to do without taking the pedal arm assembly apart. Looks and feels like white lithium grease.
