Harper Hand Truck
This hand truck functions exactly as I need it to do for home and yard. It is simple to put together - just remember to bend the pins after insertion so the wheels don't come off. The lower set of wheels are more than large enough to travel easily over concrete or lawn grass. The retractable handle can be raised or lowered depending upon the height of the user or the job required. It functions well using it horizontally along sidewalks with all four wheels down. It's nice and light while still sturdy and efficient (of particular importance to me because I am small in stature). This was an excellent investment and I anticipate getting years of use out of it. its a well made dolly it will do what its made to do if you need a 2 wheeler get one you will like it
