Convenient and functional
I love this fryer. I use to use the propane fryer. Sitting in the cold garage with the door open. This fryer is so convenient. Takes less oil, and easy to clean. I really love the timmer function. Well designed and easy to use
I used my Turkey fryer for the first time this past Saturday. I fried two 6 pound chickens, they came out perfect. When it came time to clean up it was very easy, attach the spout turn the knob and your oil drains in the bottle from which it came. Everything washed up with soap and water and looks like it was never used. This is a large unit and takes up a lot of space, so counter top storage may be a problem. The unit is not heavy so it is easily moved. My only "complaint" is the graduations stamped into the unit for min and max fill are hard to see without a light directly overhead, but this should not be negative.
