Product Information

Don Johnson stars as Nash Bridges, a San Francisco detective who's trying to take a bite out of Bay Area crime while cruising the town in his trademark yellow Barracuda. As the leader of the police department's Special Investigations Unit, Bridges employs his ample charisma to get to the bottom of some of the city's most puzzling cases--and defuse plenty of tense situations. But Nash's charm doesn't help much when it comes to taming a stormy personal life that includes two ex-wives and a teenage daughter. Lending his expertise to Nash's open cases is ex-cop Joe Dominguez (Cheech Marin) who, in this second season, returns from retirement to join the Unit. As always, Joe has a bottomless stash of get-rich-quick schemes to proffer to his doubtful partner.

    I was an extra on the show

    In the Great Escape I was the officer patting down convicts before the got on the van and in the counterfeit I was the main waiter in white. While on the show I over heard Don ordering a custom Porsche behind the scenes, I also knew well before the tabloids of the fling with his costar playing the daughter and it was a good experience. There is a “black book” of model women I learned. I asked someone from casting what’s up with all the model women. He said Don personally picked them from the “black book”. Not sure which show that was. In the counterfeit, behind the scenes I asked the kid playing the quarter back if I could hold the ring. It was a real Raiders super bowl ring. The players name wasn’t known when I asked. But it was a players ring I was told. Good times Dean
