    Disappointed

    This faucet is a decent value if you get it for eBay price. Please DO NOT pay the list price at plumbing supply stores. They sell the same faucet. The faucet looks okay but feels lightweight. Occasionally it emits a noise from within when the water is turned on that sounds like the metering device knocking. Otherwise the faucet itself works okay. The real problem is with the side sprayer. The hose is so stiff it is almost unusable until you soften it up by running hot water through it. Some reviewers have said this is not a problem since it is fine after it softens up. But one should not have to run the hot water until it gets hot, spray it through the sprayer until the hose softens up before it can be comfortably used. If Moen is not aware of this problem they should be. My next faucet purchase will be something other than Moen,

    Inexpensive kitchen faucet

    Of course, I just got this, and it is not installed. I looked it over to make sure everything was there, it was. I noticed that some of the parts are plastic, like the base that goes against the sink. The finish looks fine, just the fact it's plastic. My current Delta is all metal and has fared well. I would have thought that Moen would not have done this, but we'll see in time. Other than that it looks like a good quality faucet, that didn't break the bank. I did not want the current fad "pull down" sprayer. I have heard a lot of them don't work well after a bit of time. Rather have the side spray.

    Bad Instructions

    The Quick Connect is very hard to install after the faucet is mounted. Impossible for me at least. Kept popping off. It is a lot easier to install the QC before mounting the faucet into the sink. Also, my "new" one drips.
