Gripping drama stories worth revisiting again and again!
Effective storytelling! Suspense does very well at building gradually. You cannot help but root for these ordinary people finding themselves in extraordinary, precarious situations. It's a wonder, though, why I have never been able to find Set 3 of Armchair Thriller available anywhere. Acorn Media did put out three sets of the series, which amounts to a total of ten serial stories that were produced for it. I have sets one and two. The series is available otherwise on Region 2 DVD releases from Network.

An excellent boxed set of British drama from the late 70s early 80s. They don't make them like this anymore.
