Great ol' vintage printer...
Indeed a great old printer, so much so in fact that I've just recently purchased two of them. I went back to running MS-DOS on an old 486 machine and wanted a printer with a parallel connection so as to be able to print out the report I needed, and this fit the bill perfectly. I wanted to get back into programming with dBase IV, and thankfully the printer driver was built in, so no worries there. I also purchase a simple parallel cable with a USB connector and attached it to my old Dell laptop and it recognized the printer immediately and worked wonderfully. So I'm indeed very happy with this printer. It works very well, the print quality is excellent (for what it is), and toner cartridges can be had for really cheap! Rollers stick and it won’t feed the paper. I have to constantly reset it but it still working.
