ALL OF THE INTERNET SITES SAY THAT THIS IS THE CAP FOR ME, BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE THE TETHER. NOW, I'M SURE IT FITS AND ALL BUT MY '98 PONTIAC DOESN'T HAVE A PLACE TO HOLD THE CAP INSIDE THE FUEL DOOR. THAT MEANS I WOULD EITHER SET IT SOME PLACE AND FORGET IT OR HOLD IT IN MY HAND WHILE PUMPING. SO I WILL KEEP IT FOR ONE OF MY OTHER CARS THAT DOES HAVE A CATCH FOR IT ON THE INSIDE OF THE FUEL DOOR OR SELL IT AT A GARAGE SALE.
