    Awesome Luckyfind.....An Oldy but a Goody!

    Long awaited upgrade for my good old 30D. Feature packed, easy to get used to and a lucky find on Ebay as happens from to time. I know the most modern camera is definitely the go but...Lets save some bucks along the way. Always keep good equipment well cared for and happy in a new home. Will serve me well into the future.     A great combination of camera and lens.

    Although the 7D has too many Shutter activations it still fits very well. The lens is great it shoots with crystal clear clarity and the images are crisp and clean.

    Still a great product and better value than ever

    This is a quality DSLR that is still a great product in spite of it's somewhat outdated technology. Sturdy, weatherproof construction give this camera a professional feel and it will do justice to a the finest lenses. All the features one would expect and comprehensive menus with many customisable options make this an outstanding choice for anyone wishing to upgrade from an entry level DSLR. I personally prefer this camera to my Nikon D7100 with costs about the same but is a much more recent model. It doesn't have Live View or a swivel screen and I can't comment on the video performance as I prefer to use a dedicated video camera for that purpose, but for anyone wanting a quality DSLR for portraits, landscapes, astronomical or general photography at a reasonable price, a used 7D is a good option.
