Laptop was well wrapped and arrived quickly. There was a problem with the screen misbehaving but it appears to run fine after swapping in an old MBP disk and new battery with a little bit of occassional screen flicker. Largely serviceable for a 13 year old laptop.Verified purchase: Yes

I like my 1st macbook
I ordered my 1st macbook and it came pretty fast as expected . It's refurbished but apparently looks new . There are scratches on the bottom and a big crack. But over all its good .. I couldn't locate my macbook modle number as its faded away all printings I guess . But I'm loving it . Missing Essential components
Post states that returns are not available for items missing essential parts. But it doesnt state the fact that your item will be missing essential parts. Problem: Battery or Charging system???
My opinion of the Mac may change when I try a different replacement battery. The Mac came with no batter. I ordered a replacement battery and within a week the Mac displayed an error message say the battery needed “servicing”. Fun and cheap
The laptop is fun if your coming from windows and are trying to learn Mac OS. Its cheap which again makes it easier to learn. The laptop is really slow and dated however unless you have an extra bit of money to buy a solid state drive to drop in. I paid 40 bucks for a 120gb and it made a huge difference.
