Product was used item. It works fine the sound quality is what you would expect from an apple product. Loading music is not too difficult using I-Tunes. I only use it for music in the car for long drives where radio stations fade in and out. I was hoping Bluetooth was enabled in this model but it is not. But works fine otherwise.
