Pelvic floor exercises for men
If you have a problem in this area like I have only been uses for a short time seems to work ok I would recommend getting one of these if you got Ed or urinary incontinence seems to be helping with the problems so far it takes time for maximum results you need to keep using it as much as possible even if it gets better to keep your muscles in good working order
