Able to split antennas with cable & withstands the sun/rain.
Is in an outside location and has withstood rain and sunshine for 1 month and no problems. Working when connected to a PoE CISCO switch (without the supply PoE power source), which makes it very helpful. We have also used a 10m extension cable for one of the "ears" so we can cover both sides of the staircase which protrudes outside the house. ie. one access point serving two discontinuous areas that cannot "see" each other. They just work
It's a relatively cheap mesh system that just seems to work. It's not the latest WiFi standard but it still does everything I need for the price. The complication is that you need the Omada app to configure the units if you have more than on and are using them as remote access points but that was pretty easy to do. I installed 4 units for a friend who was having a lot of WiFi problems and they fixed it for him.
