Using typical elements from role-playing games, you'll improve Jason's abilities through the use of experience points and skill trees. There is also a crafting mode available for those who prefer a more hands-on experience with the PlayStation 3. I just want to free roam?
For the life of me I cannot figure out how to skip the cinematics and just free roam, which is what I bought the game for. I was originally going to get Far Cry 2 until the degrading firearm thing kind of turned me off. I want to play a free roam game without a HUD and markers telling me where to go and all the other things that make FPS games feel cheesy like an arcade game from the 90's. For some reason finding a game like DayZ on the PS3 is impossible but I really thought I could get close to that with this game but so far, no matter what options I choose I cannot just wander around in single player mode like GTA.
