I highly recommend this robust piece of auidio gear for both gaming, and convenience. Though pricey, it's worth saving up to.
Disclaimer: I bought this with a 20% father's day discount so I ended up paying around 374 AUD shipped. Value: No doubt this piece of audio gear is quite expensive but I got it for its wireless capability. Bluetooth 4.1 allows you to connect your phone and laptop (and potentially other devices, too!) alongside your main PC. The convenience this provides me is second to none as I take calls on my phone and I can finally avoid taking off my headset to take calls. However, value for money depends on what your looking for in a device. If you're after both wireless connectivity, convenience, and audio quality in one, get this device. If you're after audio quality, and not so much for other factors mentioned, you're better off researching other products. Personally, I find this worth every penny as I can see this potentially lasting me for years (4 years at the least). Audio Quality: Unlike most headphones, in-ear monitors, and headsets, this does not sound perfect out of the box. A few tweaks here and there makes this as good as my ATH-M50. Though I'm not an audiophile myself, I do own several good quality sound devices (Siberia 350, ATH-M50, Shure, AKG, V-moda) so I think I can compare its sound quality to a decent number of other devices. I guess it's more on the side of flat and balanced sound signature, but make sure to tweak the equalizer settings to a V-shape (+2, +1, 0, +1, +2+) to push its potential. Build Quality: Holy. THIS IS A TANK. The headband appears to be built in some metal, I guess aluminum? No other headphone I've owned can top this. It's quite tight initially, but after a couple of days of use I've gotten used to it. I have a small to average sized head so. Connectivity: No issues, connects with instantaneously, setup was a breeze, no static within recommended ranges. Overall, TLDR, get this if you're after a convenience, wireless connectivity, and audio quality in one. Don't get this if you're only after audio quality as a little bit more research will give you better alternatives
