Has no smoothing effect at all.
Really, really do not waste your hard earned money on this product. I had high hopes for this gel and all it did was dry around my eyes and go flaky and looked obvious. I tried using less and less and it did the same. It didn’t make the lines around my eyes look smoother or tighter.
