Restful nights all round!
I was dubious about buying these. They are for my elderly husband, who has been using Boots Sleepeze. (They are expensive, especially was we live on pensions!) I carefully compared the ingredients and decided it was worth the risk. A lot of the goodness in medical stuff, is the taker believing it will work - that's my opinion anyway! He was a bit dubious about the colour, but he studied the ingredients panel on both sets of pills, and decided to give it a go. Useful sleeping aid.
Buying this product in bulk is far better value than buying a box of a branded product containing typically 20 pills from your local pharmacy. I have taken this product before as a well known Hay Fever remedy and one of the side effects cited is to cause drowsiness and it certainly does that. So to find that it's also sold as a sleep inducer is no surprise.
