Handy machine but stopped
We will be asking for a replacement as we believe that this one was faulty. It is well constructed and sturdy but used once only and stopped. The worm is good and have no complaints about the end fittings. Need to know if we send the whole thing back or if you just send another motor and we fit it. Please advise. Handy machine
These machines are handy to have around they do a good job when put to use as with any equipment they have their limitations just remember not to keep forcing the line if you hit a blockage just keep chipping away at blockage with the machine or try another access point, remember to keep a good control of you coil length as really long lengths can be hard to handle and don't force the machine when operating as there are plastic components inside that will damage.
