  • AMAZEING QUALITY

Very happy with this purchase. The calculator works and looks brand new. The QUALITY of this calculator is AMAZEING .This is a must have for high school and college students. I have no worries that this calculator will last for many years to come. All the extras that came with it is a plus. We especially love the gel like cover that keeps the calculator from slipping around while you are using it. The color is BEAUTIFUL. I had never seen one like it before.

  • Advanced and reliable

This is the most balanced and relaible Graphics Calculator I have ever used. It has the right blend of advanced features inside a robust and reliable package. Sure, you don't have color displays or backlit screens, but the batteries last really long, and you still have advanced computation features. Rock solid and reliable product. Shame they don't make them anymore.

  • Review of TI-84 plus

Fine calculator with features not found in in TI 83. For instance, TI 84 can display an answer as fraction, mixed number, decimal, or form matching input.. Many schools require students to have this calculator, or something similar. Were it not for this requirement, I would recommend people use a scientific calculator, price less than $20, and rely on free software, like Geogebra or Desmos, for graphs.

  • Wonderful Calculator!!

This calculator works wonderfully and works just like a regular TI-84. It is very big too, and has an even larger screen that the TI-84. I love that you can switch out the keypad for others for other types of math. Although the one I was bought was used it works perfectly and has very little cosmetic damage! I really enjoy this calculator and feel I got it for a wonderful price for what it is. Thank you!

  • Best all around graphing calculator

Best calculator for high school and college. Yes, TI owns the market and has those textbook deals, but this thing has so many useful features for students in any major, especially STEM. Graphing, variable solving, programming, integrals, derivatives, etc...

  • Slight inconvenience = big discount

It's a good calculator, I don't really care that it was missing a pixel line because it got me a significant discount. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that this isn't the edition that can easily arrow up into your history to select or delete previous queries, but that's not a must-have feature so it's fine. All in all, I got the monopolized, standard TI-84 in a cool color for way less than normal, just for a slight inconvenience!

  • Classic Graphing Calculator for High School Math

This was a used unit. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition, and perfect working order. I bought this graphing calculator because my grandson is using one in high school, and I wanted to be able to help him with his studies. The calculator is mostly useful for math instruction at the high school level, and is one of the models acceptable for use at the SAT's. It is not exactly intuitive to use, but there are a lot of YouTube videos to help. I don't find it all that useful for regular calculator use, however. I mostly use a much simpler, less expensiveTI-30 calculator for that purpose. Or, of course, my more complex math there are the online sites like Wolfram.

  • I've tried to save some money for school supplies, and searched calculator for reasonable, but i particularly searched a New!

So it's not NEW! I could be ok, but i purchased it for my teenage daughter, and she asked me for New one. So, it's a shame! If I knew that I'm not saving money I could added couple bucks and get a really new one. I don't think it's a right way to run a business. Very disappointed.

  • Got three different versions of the TI-84 Plus... Silver can be gotten for $50, used. That's best selling point.

I have two TI-83 Plus Graphing Calculators, a TI-84 Plus CE and this TI-84 Plus Silver Edition. Why? Well, I got one TI-83 Plus for $2.50 at a thrift store. Another for $7.50 with the manual (unopened) at a thrift store and use these two when I take my calculator into places where they might get robbed (I live in Phoenix, and sometimes go to events downtown; bringing the calculator if I get bored). Also, EVERY SOFTWARE works for the TI-83 Plus and the TI Keyboard that I have works nicely to program on it. However, it's small and I *LIKE* having, and using, MathPrint. I don't know why it got such bad reviews. Slows it down? Just how fast do you need a graphing calcuator to be? What, are you rendering 3D images on it? Thus, this is the best they got, still having the old capability to add the wonderful keyboard to it. Thus, this one can connect with the simpler cord and also take the keyboard to program easier on it. However, I can only get TI-Connect working on an old Windows XP computer that I have. Can't get it working properly on Windows 7 64 bit. The CE? Love it; but it doesn't allow use of the keyboard. Why couldn't they have combined BOTH interfaces with it; so it would also still work with the TI Keyboard. Don't like that Assembly language is different (more tokens; so if anybody uses those functions the program will break). Oh well. I love the bigger screen of the CE, love the backlight. Love the extra space. Love the speed. Which is the best, best, best one of the three? Hmmmmm... Probably the CE 1st, this Silver 2nd, and coming in last is the TI-83 Plus (for obvious reasons).
