Unique music with high-quality synthesizer sounds!
The music for Einhander fits the game perfectly, but it also holds its ground as great music to listen to by itself. These songs have a very unique sonic "color", which I haven't heard elsewhere, even among other great Squaresoft composers. It's deeply-layered electronic music with lots of expensive hardware synthesizer sounds, using complex filtering and distortion to give each song a unique identity. There are no bad tracks on this CD. The album is 65 minutes long, and has fast-paced as well as moderate and slow-paced songs. I recommend listening to it on headphones with a quality CD players. A song D-802K or D-808K Discman into either Shure SRH-840 or Sennheiser HD600 headphones gives this soundtrack the sonic treatment it deserves. 10/10 album!
