The iRobot Braava Jet 245 is a robotic mopping tool. This little robot sprays cleaner out of the front, and then it uses it vibrating cleaning head to get rid of the dirt. The robot knows if it should dry sweep or wet mop based on the cleaning pad that you apply. This cleaner is small enough to fit under kitchen counters and tables where messes build up. Braava 245 Great Small unit
The Braava Model 245 was found to be an excellent choice for small areas. It does a wonderful job, but my advice is to plan on multiple times before the floors are really cleaned. The spot cleaning using the App is really helpful when you need a small area to be cleaned. I wish we could adjust the size of the area for "Spot" cleaning though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cute little guy.
I recently purchased my 2nd Roomba. We share our home with a Siamese Cat so I can't imagine life without a vacuuming robot. So, I decided to give the Braava Jet Mopping Robot a try. He is a very quiet little machine. It takes care of the cleaning tile in kitchen & bathrooms. It is small and can get in tight areas but the throw-away pads are too expensive as I use it every day. I purchased enough of the washable pads for a week. He probably would not be too efficient in a really dirty situation but for my needs it works great. It actually works! Fantastic!!
This is an amazing little product. It does exactly what it says, you just have to learn how to use it. Once you’ve mastered the invisible barrier and you know the different types of cleaning pad for this thing it'll just keep working in the background. It’s also great because there’s two batteries you can always have one charging while using the other one. Verdict’s still out.
1st try went well. I moved my table and chairs out of the kitchen so there’d be no obstacles. The iRobot did a good job mopping my kitchen floor and went over it twice. 2nd time I put the iRobot in a different position but still in the left corner of the floor. It mopped most of the kitchen floor before it got hung up on the floor vent and started going onto the carpet. I turned the iRobot off and finished mopping the floor myself. Such a time saver!
This little thing is such a time saver! I purchased this used and it works great. I also got reusable pads with it. Just purchased more reusable pads (the off brand...it is like timy velcro.on the back of them so i dont think there will be an issue) I like that i can change the pads and throw it in the wash. It works as it states, It took a min to get familiar with it. But I just love it, it really cleans well, It does shut off once it completes one time and that does not completely clean my floor,but I just go push the button again. Braava 240 works pretty good!
It works well just is meant for small rooms like kitchens and bathrooms. The virtual wall mode allows me to also get the hallways which is a plus. It just has a small battery so I bought an upgraded one. It works even better now. Do recommend getting an extra battery or two because you’ll be using it all the time. Also recommend getting the reusable mopping pads for it as well. Also recommend getting the roomba e6 before so you don’t have to worry about sweeping first.! 🙌🏼Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very pleased with the Braava Jet 245, replaced the 380T
I returned a roomba 380T mopping robot after two weeks and purchased the Braava Jet 245 (same as the 240 with an additional battery). I am very pleased with the 245, It has a spray jet that helps clean the floor. My vinyl floors look great and feel very clean after. The solid wood floors upstairs look equally as good. I add a cap of vinegar to the hot water and the machine does the rest. I also purchased reusable pads that work great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product!!
The first one we bought of these was the Mint, still have, still use it, works great. This new is even better yet. We used it to clean up our winter home. With the vibrating work head and the wet mop, it was unbelievable how much dirt and dust it cleaned up. I have to admit that washable, reusable pads would be a bonus.
