Originally aired on the BBC, the period drama series GARROW'S LAW unfolds in 18th Century England, where solicitor William Garrow (Andrew Buchan) undertakes a groundbreaking series of acts. He pioneers the skill of cross-examination, confronts obstreperous bounty hunters, and most importantly, takes on the pious, pompous MP Sir Arthur Hill, who understands just what a threat Garrow poses, both to the law and his own nuptial relationship with the beautiful Lady Sarah Hill (Lyndsey Marshal). This set contains all four episodes from Series One, as originally broadcast in 2009.

    Love Everything But the Wigs

    I love historical films and TV shows, and I especially like this series since it's based on fact. This is eighteenth century courtroom drama at it's best. The Brits know how to produce well-written, top-quality programs, and this is one of my favorites.
