Waste of time and money.
Not any pro.s. The con's are many.. It will not feed a sheet of paper, keeps telling me that the tray is empty. It takes 5 minutes before the first page is printed, when it works. It will also stop printing afetr printing a few pages.

Excellent Printer for use with a Mac
I have two of these Cannon MX870 printers. I purchased this third one for my Grandchildren. I love this printer because it is such a workhorse, produces excellent quality copy and prints, and is easy and intuitive to use. I cannot comment on how it works on Windows PC's but teamed with a Mac it is awesome. This printer is the best out there and does everything you want it to do. Easy setup, also.
I've had a printer like this since 2010 and NEVER had a problem in all these years. When it did die on me, I tried to find someone to repair it and Nobody repairs printers and the new ones are cheaply made. So, I decided to buy a refurbished one like I had and so far I've had no problems. I'm still keeping my other one just in case I find someone to repair it. it's a grate printer all in one
my print head is 18 years old an i do a lot of printing . the only thing i put in is the ink tanks . there cheep about $5 to 6. you can refill them. you need to get a chip reset er about $10.00Verified purchase: Yes
