The art is delightfully detailed and interesting and fun on each page! The story is of a bunny that wants to know what to do that day , and before his father goes to work, he tells him to count everything he encounters and observes that day. It ties back into that at the very end of the book. Other fun stories underly (his friends come over to play, etc) the story between the bunny and his father. It counts from 1-100, but 1-20 are counted individually, but after that 30-100 go by 10's. All numbers after 10 are cleverly divided into groups of 5 (they have details that distinguish them from other groups). There's a small addition section before and after the main story of 1-100. This is a clever , fun book that I recommend for toddlers and older!
