Great ipod!! Cant beat the price

This is a great ipod even tho its refurbished. But unfortunatley its outdated and my son cant get the apps he enjoys to play on it. Its really only good for music. Here i am thinking i got an ipod for my son at a cheap price and everything looks and works good but he dosent even want it. But if u just want sumthin for music n internet this is a great way to go

    Functional but output has issues

The audio output when plugged in (whether it's headphones or into a car's aux system) is shaky. Considering i want this for music only, it's a bit disappointing. I know it's the iPod because the same equipment works fine with other devices. Other than that issue it's in good condition and features work.

  • Great Music Source

This is a great tool for having a lot of music playing through your aux jack into your vehicle radio. The only pain is having to upload all your music to iTunes and then download it to the Apple iPod. A drag and drop system in Windows Explorer would be faster and could be done without access to the internet. But that is too easy and would keep you from going to their website where, they hope, you'll eventually buy more music later. Overall, I am very pleased with the iPod. I now have over a thousand songs that I like to hear at my fingertips.

  • IPOD IS SO GREAT SINCE 2000 TO NOW AND EVERY YEAR A NEW ONE LIKE IPHONE

THE CAPACITY OF EIGHT GIGABYTES FOR STORAGE IS MORE ENOUGH FOR ME TO DOWNLOAD PODCAST, MUSIC, AND AUDIOBOOKS FROM ITUNES WHILE CONNECTED TO WIFI AND LISTENING TO 3.5 MY DR DRE BEATS HEADPHONE ALSO THE TOUCH CAPABILITIES ALLOW ME TO TOUCH THE IPOD FOR COMMAND OR OPENING AND HOME TO CLOSE THE APP PLUS LOVE STREAMING VIA WIRELESS CONNECTION SPECIALLY THE SPEED OF AC WIRELESS BUT BACKWARD COMPATIBLE TO B,G,N WIFI CONNECTION ALTHOUGH THE BATTERY LAST ALL DAY IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO RECHARGE WHILE NOT USING ABLE TO ADD NEW APP COMPATIBLE TO MY VERSION OF THIS IPOD IN THE APP STORE

  • Lock/unlock Button Does Not Work

This IPOD should not have been sold. The Lock/Unlock button has just plain been worn out. Actually damaged from abuse. I am very disappointed but it is not worth the effort to return. The reason it is not easy to use is because the Lock/Unlock button is important.

  • Can't up date / outdated

This is so outdated it's pointless to buy. It's like buying a black berry or a Note 1 phone. Can not up date and not compatible to anything new. The technology on this Ipod can not with hold the new apps like Pandora, you tube, I can't even download music in it from my computer. The build on the Ipod, the touch screen, the color or the apps on the Ipod are great if maybe this was 2000. I thought this was like an MP3. I have an MP3 from 2000 that I still use. I wanted to use Internet WiFi. I didn't think that with it not being a cell phone that it still needed updating. I basically bought something that I can use for alarm, calendar and notes only. Not a good buy.

  • slow, slow, slow

this was a pretty awesome little device before firmware 4.0 hit. i can't help but think apple purposely gimped their old devices with 4.0 so people would go out and buy newer models, cos i can't imagine anyone whom would tolerate the speed here (not even a little kid desperate for his or her own device). the ipod touch 2/3 is slow, slow, slow: from basic system operations, to using the browser, to playing almost any game. there is noticeable lag in almost anything the user wants to do. on top of this, there are hardly any apps that are still compatible with 4.0. after putting up with this **** for a few weeks, i finally decided to donate it and buy a newer ipod. only get this if it has ios 3 installed, and whatever you do, don't upgrade the firmware to 4! my other advice is to go with an ipod touch 4, which is not as slow.

  • Battery life seems pretty good

This is my first experience with an ipod touch. Everything seems to work okay. Battery life seems pretty good, considering that it is used. The direct sound isn't so good, but it sure sounds good over a headset or stereo. This model has been around a long time so I don't think that there is much I can tell anyone that they don't already know.
