Best lip plumper I have ever used.

Didn’t work for me
I have tried many lip plumpers but this has been the least effective and expensive. It didn’t even tingle which is unusual. I also found that it dried out my lips.

Not as expected
If you bring down your expectation to a very nice and glossy lip gloss, that is the product you need. Not sure how people giving thumbs up to that as lip plumber. Really does not do much to your lips except smoothness and shine.
