    Love how Lightweight it is and the reminders to move

    I like that I can track my steps, calories, etc. However, you need to go to the app on your phone or tablet to see everything and record your foods and water consumed. I would have given it 5 stars if I could press a button as I am walking to see how many steps I walk and if it had a clock/watch instead of having to access everything on the app. While the app is great and nice to see it all, I use my tablet for this and it's not always with me. I don't have a phone. I did have a problem after the 3rd day when it wouldn't sync at all. I chatted online with the customer service to help me get it to sync again. The customer service was excellent! I was able to follow the directions given to me (even though I am not that computer smart, he told just what to do), so I was happy again. It's worked well since. I know if I need help again it is so nice to know FitBit has excellent service! I am also glad the wristband came in small and large sizes, because I have very small wrists and there are plenty of holes to adjust it to your size. It is so lightweight I don't notice it while I am sleeping. It records how many hours and minutes you sleep too. I am very pleased with this Fitbit. It is my first Fitbit.

    Wouldn't vibrate, steps inaccurate.

    The Flex2 is supposed to vibrate when a call or message is received. I checked to ensure all the settings were correct and it still does not vibrate. This is one of the more important features I was hoping for. Also, the step counter seems to be wildly inaccurate- I have the Fitbit on my non-dominant hand, but when I'm baking cookies it thinks I'm walking!

    Replacement for lost FitBit Flex 2

    I bought this to replace the one I lost. This one works great, but I have to say the battery life isn't as good as my original one. I would only have to recharge my original FitBit Flex 2 once a week, this one requires recharging every three days

    Easy to use.

    Best feature is that it’s Lightweight and inconspicuous; especially if you already wear a watch. It’s easy to keep up with your step goal but not very accurate during swimming. No heart rate info. Sleep tracking is also not always accurate

    I really love it

    it does not your heart rate but you can swim with it on but must let it dry completely before you charge it so i recommend if your going swimming charge it first so it will have plenty time to dry out

    Enjoying my Fitbit Flex 2

    Really enjoying my new Fitbit Flex 2. It is easy to customize and set goals for myself. I was surprised that it recognizes when I'm exercising even though it doesn't track heart rate. I have a very small wrist and was able to use the small bracelet it came with.
