The flag is good for somebody who wants to hang it on the wall inside, it is good quality for that application but for me it doesn’t work
Clips to clip onto the rope on the flag pole, but for me it is not for the purpose I want to use it for and that is how I have rated it. The quality for an inside flag is good but not outside.
