Good but not great.
There should be programs that take into consideration different types of flour. The auto-weigh feature is far less valuable if you don't use standard plain flour. Having to manually override the amount of liquid the machine tells you when using different flour types such as Gluten free defeats the purpose. Don't like this machine at all.
I have used this gadget 3 times up to now and it hasn't produced good pasta yet. I have no trouble making pasta by hand and thought this machine would make it a lot quicker. By the time I have finished fiddling about trying to get the dough to go through the extruder I might as well have made it by hand.
