Great for the price
The hardware is solid (as expected from Microsoft) - comfort is great, and hard to beat for value. The keys on the keyboard are short activation and comfortable to type on (nowhere near as squishy like older models). However, only 5 of the 7 buttons on the mouse are configurable (wheel left/right is not), and the extended function keys on the keyboard are activated with a slider instead of a button that most keyboards/laptops have, which makes them almost completely useless. Also, hardly anything on the keyboard can be remapped, also unlike previous iterations of the natural/ergo. There is a learning curve getting used to the key placement because there's no physical separation between standard keys and arrows/delete/insert etc. All that aside I would still absolutely recommend it for a cheap ergonomic solution.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Almost perfect
The keyboard is perfect with the keys being clicky enough with decent travel. The separation of the number pad means I can centre the keyboard on my desk. The mouse is slightly less well designed because it’s glossy and feels a bit “sticky”, while the two buttons (windows and back) don’t feel as comfortable in terms of placement when compared to the previous generation.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality pays in many ways
Having to press the keys and mouse once instead of pounding the keyboard is a great feeling. Sounds easy but the previous keyboard and mouse were driving me crazy. Batteries would last a week and using my computer was a chore. I went back to Logitech and paid a little more but my! the difference was incredible. cheap but reliable
Low price wireless keyboard/mouse bundles are mostly a lottery. I have purchased many over the years. Logitech seem to be consistent good quality compared to other brands. I had to replace this at the store as the one I collected first had a DoA mouse, but that can happen with the most expensive hardware. The replacement works great.. the keyboard is not too small, it's responsive, lightweight and as I am using it all day every day it is proving to be reliable. The mouse is also consistent.. it's accurate and comfortable to use and hasn't failed in any respect so far. For the money, this bundle seems to be the best i have found to date..
