Great portable ocen
Being a portable oven you still have the limitations of space, but the design is very clever and actually fits a large round pizza stone due to the curved back. The menu is easy to use and offers many settings. There are 5 Glass heat elements, which work fast and even. The oven has a fan. The light is automated which is great. There are 3 shelves but only one rack is supplied and recommended to use. The tray is square and comes with a drip tray. There is also a non stick pizza tray, or you can get a pizza stone. There is also a crumb tray at the bottom. Overall the design was considered for ease of use and I hope the oven will last many years.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I love my Breville mini oven!

Great little oven. I don't think I'd be without one again.
This little oven deserves all the good things that people are saying about it. I don't normally like convection ovens as I find they crucify things. This may be because I rent and landlords invariably put in the cheapest and nastiest appliances. I had given up cooking fruitcakes in convection ovens because they can't be made to cook slowly enough. So I decided, as my test for how good this oven might be, to make a fruitcake in it. It cooked it to perfection. I LOVE that you can turn the convection feature off to achieve slow cooking. The only thing I can think of to criticise is that the recommended shelf placements aren't all that accurate. I find the middle shelf works better for most things.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The greatest invention since sliced bread
I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I have a two year old wall oven which I never use. I have only used a Breville. This oven really is the best thing since sliced bread. Well designed. A little heavy to keep lifting out of cupboards for storage though that’s what I do as I don’t have sufficient permanent bench top space. Easy to clean if you don’t cook too many fatty foods. Makes great pizzas. Replacement pans, shelf trays and other removable items can be purchased from Breville if the original parts become too unsightly or difficult to clean. This is my second Breville and the original purchase (the BOV800) made nearly a decade ago still works like a charm and now is used for cooking messy foods. Good product, small and compact
It took us a while from traditional oven, our first roast was burnt because we used to set it higher 210C on gas oven and the breville was much lower 160C and we manually adjusted it to 210C. It is definitely good and convenient if you only making a small amount or have a small family. We had a little inconvenient with baking cookies (5 trays) as we need to wait for the breville to reheat each tray as it cools down auto after completing a cycle for each tray.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
